| Hi, I just discovered this site while I was researching tipis. A friend has just made one and I was getting ideas about painting it. I also would like to mention that I raise buffalo. True Tatonkas! I have buffalo skulls, horns, bones, hooves and robes that I also sell besides meat. I have shipped meat frozen by air frienght to as far off as Alaska and back east. People who have bought my robes have raved about their quality. They are usually about 7' x7'. If you desire leather, I can tan hides with the hair off. They are a partial brain tan method done in Canada for me. Orders take about 6 months. I can also supply green hides and salted hides. The skulls come green or clearned and sun bleached. I can add horn caps if you desire. If there are other parts of a buffalo you wish to have just let me know. I normally process in the fall. But sometimes have products as late as the following spring. |
