Hello:
My name is Harry Klinkhamer and I oversee the Isle a la Cache Museum in Romeoville, Illinois. We are a museum/visitor center on teh Great Lakes Fur Trade, situated on an island in the Des Plaines River. We have programs on the French, Potawatomie, and the fur trade, including monthly demonstrations by our volunteer brigade. The second weekend in June is our annual Island Rendezvous.
