Rocky Mountain College is a teaching rendezvous open to all. Camping both modern and primitive but in primitive camp after 6PM and before 8AM must be in primitive attire. Classes and fun events, shooting, knife and hawk throws. Top boy and girl can win a black powder rifle. Directions: US 285 West from Denver to Park County 77. (in Jefferson) Turn Left at the Jefferson Store onto Park County 77 and approx. 8 miles for Forest Service Road 39. Turn Left and follow the signs to the Rendezvous Site. US 24 West from Colo. Springs to Park County 77 (Tarryall Road). Turn right and drive approx. 34.4 miles to Forest Service Road 39. Turn Right on forest Service Road 39 and Follow the Signs to the Rendezvous Site. |
