I just received a message from Darrell Dunsing of Fort De Chartres, after which I called and spoke with him. He is still planning on permitting us to have the event but we will have to do everything outdoors as all the buildings will be closed. The only big issue of concern for we hosts is, that if we get foul weather on Friday night, registration could be rough. I have a couple large awnings which we may set for the sign up, but participants would have to tough it out while awaiting their turn. So Team Captains, Bring your oil skins.
Team registration will begin promptly at 7:00 P.M. on Friday October 31 (Halloween) Team captains ONLY will draw lots to register their teams. Event Rules and Scenario will be provided at that time. As always, our primary focus will be on the safety of all participants.
